
In Nigeria, Mr. Jesuorobo attended the following schools: Okaro Primary School (Urhonigbe), Urhonigbe Grammar School (Urhonigbe), Ozolua Grammar School (Ologbo), College of Education (Benin); University of Benin (Benin), Nigerian Law School (Lagos). He graduated with LL. B. (Honours) from University of Benin in 1989 and obtained a Barrister at Law (B.L.) Degree from Nigerian Law School in December, 1990. Mr. Jesurobo was called to the Nigerian Bar in December, 1990.
In Canada, Mr. Jesuorobo studied at the Faculty of Law of the University of Toronto between 1993 and 1994 to undertake the law courses mandated by Canada’s Joint Committee on Accreditation (now called Canadian Federation of Law Societies) as part of his certification to practice law in Canada. After successfully undertaking the requisite law courses in 1994, the Committee awarded Mr. Jesuorobo a Certificate of Qualification (C.Q.), certifying him to have the equivalent of a Canadian Law degree. Mr. Jesuorobo thereafter enrolled at the Law Society of Upper Canada’s Bar Admission Course in late 1994. As part of the Bar Admission Course, he articled with the law firm of Michael J. Waud for one year. Mr. Jesuorobo obtained a Barrister at Law (B.L.) Degree from the Law Society of Upper Canada in January 1996 and was called to Ontario, Canada Bar in February 1996.
