Mr. Okojie attended Esan Grammar School, Uromi; Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma and graduated with LL.B (Honours) in 1991; Nigerian Law School, Lagos and obtained a Barrister at Law Degree in 1992 and was subsequently called to the Nigeria Bar in December 1992. 

In Canada, Mr. Okojie obtained his Certificate of Qualification (C.Q.) in 2005 from the National Accreditation Committee. Mr. Okojie then enrolled for his Bar Admission Course with the Law Society of Upper Canada in 2005. As part of the Bar Admission Course, he articled with the Law firm of Adeyinka Oyenubi for a period of five months. Mr. Okojie was called to Ontario, Canada Bar in April 2006.
